Regular Inspection Points
KEY SAFEKEEPING
We ensure the safekeeping of our client's property keys. In addition, we have a rigorous security protocol in place.
WEEKLY or BI-WEEKLY INSPECTIONS
We carry out regular inspections as required by the owners and send a full report to keep them informed.
AMENITIES: WATER, ELECTRICITY AND GAS
With each property inspection, we check each amenity and whether everything functions correctly.
ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES
We also check the appliances' condition at every property inspection.
LIGHTING AND SOCKETS
As with electrical appliances, we check the lighting and its condition at every property inspection.
VENTILATION
We open doors and windows on each inspection visit and ventilate the house to avoid possible damp problems.
DRAINS AND WC CISTERNS
We thoroughly check the drains, open the taps and flush the toilets.
IMMEDIATE CONTACT WITH OWNERS
As soon as any incident is found, the owner is immediately informed and the best solution is sought.
REPORTS
We send a comprehensive report after each visit. The owner is always informed of the status of their property.
POST
We will check the mailbox and deliver the mail to wherever the client wishes. This service has an additional fee.
ALARM
We check the property´s alarm status and immediately resolve any incidents.
